One-to-one Interview with Chairman Rogge

MOOKAS had the chance to hold an official interview with IOC Committee Member, Dae Sung Moon (Vice Chairman of Korea Olympian Association), at the first official IOC meeting.
Committee Member Moon visited International Olympic Committee Headquarters in Lausanne, Switzerland, from December 8th to the 10th. On the 8th, Moon met with Chairman Rogge to discuss about various sports, and on the 9th, he attended his first official IOC meeting. At the IOC meeting, Committee Member Moon was appointed as the representative for Asia.
Dae Sung Moon stated, "As a Olympic Committee Member, the first task is to expand passion and interest" as his aspiration, and continued by stating, "Taekwondo is a prime example of a sport that requires passion and increase the spirit of Olympics". Chairman Rogge expressed his high hopes for Committee Member Moon.
On the 9th at the committee meeting, Yuko Arakida of Olympic Council of Asia stated, "Appointing Committee Member Moon was wonderful and admirable", also "We definitely need Committee Member Moon's knowledge and participation". IOC member Moon will return on the 14th of December, and plans to hold a press conference on the 17th of December at the Olympic Parktel, at the Berlin Hall.
