San Jose, CA

On January 17, 2009, City of San Jose, CA hosted '2009 Tet Festival' at the San Jose Convention Center, South Hall. San Jose has a strong Vietnamese community presence. Tet Festival is held annually with over 3 thousand spectators attending each year to celebrate the new years with their fellow community members.

During this year's Tet Fetival, Taekwondo was a huge part of the festivity. There were several different local Taekwondo schools that performed demos and showcased their skills. Although this was a Vietnamese New Years festival, through Taekwondo the whole community was joined in unity regardless of their background in nationality.

This year, Team M (Demo Team, San Jose) collaborated with one of the top 'Lion Dancing' team in San Jose and showcased a spectacular performance. MOOKAS USA was there to celebrate the new years in the spirit of Taekwondo. Let us take a look at Team M's performance at this year '2009 Tet Festival'.
